The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on December 31, 2025, is not included in the room rate.
The supplement is 1,600 MAD per adult or child aged 12 and above, and 800 MAD per child under 12 years old.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to block a certain amount on your card prior to check-in.

When booking more than 8 rooms, additional charges may apply, as well as special cancellation and payment policies.

Upon check-in, you will need to present the credit used to make the reservation, this rule is imposed by the CMI (Moroccan Interbank Center).

Pets (cats & dogs less than 5 kg) are allowed uppon reservation. A fee of 100 dhspetnight is applied. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants and must stay in the commun areas.

A heated indoor pool is also available at extra charge and it is only accessible for adults (over 14 years).
